4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 7 business days after purchase (except Founders’ Boxes, which are processed separately)
- Standard shipping: 7+ business days within continental USA

- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup
5. Returns & Refunds
- Only unused, unopened, and original-condition items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
- Founders’ Boxes, opened or used products, custom or limited-edition items are final sale
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours
- Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is damaged or incorrect
